Hi, I’m Thomas Fischetti, founder of Echelon Career Lab. I help veterans and civilian professionals translate their experience into clear, compelling, and ATS optimized resumes that earn interviews. My focus is on turning what you have done into language employers immediately understand, while keeping your story authentic, confident, and aligned to the roles you are targeting.
I bring nearly two decades of leadership and operational experience from the United States Marine Corps, where I served in high tempo environments that demanded precision, accountability, and strong execution. During my career, I also spent nine years serving as a career transition counselor, supporting Marines as they prepared to separate from active duty and move into the civilian workforce. That work gave me deep experience in resume development, interview preparation, and helping professionals identify and communicate the strengths that make them stand out.
I also hold a Master of Human Resource Management, and I apply a practical, employer focused approach to every client engagement. A resume should not just list duties. It should show impact, highlight accomplishments, and connect your experience to measurable outcomes.
